Cancellation Policy

At Kennedy Sales, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders begin processing immediately after confirmation to help get your products from our warehouse to your doorstep without delay.

Please review your cart, shipping details, and payment information carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified.

If you notice an error and need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at 1-888-873-8071. We will make every effort to stop your order before it ships.

If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation — in that case, please refer to our Return Policy below.

This policy helps us maintain efficiency and protect our customers from fraudulent order modifications.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, most items purchased directly from KSProducts.ca may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are:

  • Unused,
  • In original packaging, and
  • Accompanied by a copy of the invoice or packing slip

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our Customer Support team at ksproducts.ca/contact-us/or by calling 1-888-873-8071 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  • Clearly mark your RMA number on the return package.
  • Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments sent collect on delivery (C.O.D.) will not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price — less a 15% restocking fee — will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note:

Product bundles are sold as complete sets and partial returns will not be accepted. Items showing signs of use, installation, or modification may not qualify for a refund.

Replacement Parts & Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy them for years to come.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible at ksproducts.ca/contact-us/ or by calling 1-888-873-8071 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST)

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll work with you to send a replacement part or correct the issue promptly.
