Shipping Policy
At Kennedy Sales, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the details below regarding our shipping practices, timelines, and fees.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable) so you can monitor the delivery progress.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location. Our standard shipping fees currently range from $9.99 to $149.99 depending on package dimensions and destination.
Please note: In some cases, deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may be subject to additional shipping fees. At this time, these charges are determined once your order is being processed. If your address falls into one of these areas, our Customer Support team will contact you promptly with the details and options before your order ships.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within Canada only.
Pickups
At this time, local pickup is not available unless otherwise arranged. Please call or email our Customer Support team before placing your order to inquire if pickup is feasible.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Once shipped, most standard deliveries arrive within 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note: shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier service conditions and external factors such as weather or logistics delays.
Damages, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost or delayed in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ksproducts.ca/contact-us/ We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and make it right.
